1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of A Task Called Improving Access Of Citizens And Entrepreneurs To Digital Public Services Along With Their Automation In The Koło Commune. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz.2. The Ordering Party Requires That The Software Licenses Provided Are New And Have Never Been Activated Or Used On Other Devices Before And That They Do Not Encumber The Rights Of Third Parties. 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Come From Legal Distribution Sources, Including Authorized Sales Channels On Within The Eu.4. The Offered Products Must Be Supported By The Manufacturer, In Accordance With The Detailed Requirements Specified In The Procedure Documents, Including The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, In Terms Of Reporting Technical Problems And Access To System Patches And Updates.5. During The Support Period, The Ordering Party Must Have The Right To Free Updates To The Latest Version Of The Products, If They Are Published By The Manufacturer Of The Supplied Hardware And Software.6.
