Exercising The Option Right Depends On The Occurrence Of The Following Circumstances: A) Achieving Savings In The Awarded Order, B) Obtaining Additional Financial Resources, C) Occurrence Of A Sudden, Unpredictable Need For Additional Equipment. The Subject Of The Order Should Meet The Following Requirements: A) Meet All The Features Specified In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order. B) Be New And Compliant With Applicable Standards. C) Have A Complete Set Of Technical And Operational Documentation.
