Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Sewage And Water Supply Network In The Przemyśl Commune

Part 1. Development Of Design Documentation For The Investment Task Titled Construction Of A Sewage Network In The Town Of Rożubicesubject Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Complete Design Documentation Along With Obtaining All Required Administrative Decisions, Arrangements, Opinions And Permits Necessary To Implement The Investment Consisting In The Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage Network In The Town Of Rożubowice, Przemyśl Commune. Before Starting To Develop The Appropriate Design Documentation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform A Variant Analysis Of The Route Of The Designed Sanitary Sewage Network, Including, Among Others: Determining The Most Advantageous Place For Connection To The Existing Sewage System (E.G. Connection In The Town Of Łuczyce Or In The Town Of Stanisławczyk). The Variant Analysis Should Include At Least The Assessment Of The Following Aspects: Technical, Hydraulic, Operational And Economic, Taking Into Account In Particular The Costs Of Building The Sewage Network With The Necessary Technical Infrastructure, The Costs Of Subsequent Operation Of The System (In The Horizon Of At Least 15 Years), As Well As The Number And Location Of The Necessary Sewage Pumping Stations. The Analysis Should Be Submitted To The Ordering Party Within 40 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. After Written Acceptance And Selection Of The Final Variant By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Begin To Develop Complete Design Documentation For The Agreed Solution. The Cost Of Performing The Variant Analysis And The Cost Of Developing Complete Design Documentation Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit/Notify Works Should Be Included In The Offer Price. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Separate Remuneration For Performing The Variant Analysis. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Oblige The Contractor To Supplement, Specify Or Extend The Variant Analysis If The Submitted Study Does Not Contain The Information Necessary To Select The Optimal Variant. Completing The Analysis Does Not Constitute A Basis For Changing The Remuneration Or The Deadline For The Implementation Of The Contract, Unless It Goes Beyond The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Develop Complete Design Documentation, Taking Into Account The Division Of The Investment Into Rational, Functional Stages That Can Be Implemented Independently. The Division Should Result From Technical Conditions And Ensure The Possibility Of Independent Construction And Use Of Individual Sections Of The Sewage Network, While Maintaining The Target Functionality Of The Entire System. The Purpose Of Staging Is To Enable The Ordering Party To Implement The Investment Successively, Depending On The Financial Resources Available And The Possibility Of Obtaining Funding. The Proposed Division Of The Investment Into Stages Will Be Presented By The Contractor To The Ordering Party For Approval At The Stage Of Developing Desig
