The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of A Construction Design And Executive Designs Along With Obtaining Administrative Decisions Necessary To Implement The Investment Entitled: Construction Of An Asphalt Road On The Miluki-Ełk Route Running Through The Forest, Divided Into Implementation Stages: 1) Network Stage In Accordance With The Scope Specified In The Opz; 2) Road Stage In Accordance With The Scope Specified In The Opz The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Complete So That It Is Possible To Obtain A Decision On The Permission To Implement The Investment On Its Basis Road (Zrid) And/Or A Decision On The Construction Permit Of The Competent Authority To Commence Works, Depending On The Scope Of Study For The Entire Construction Project Included In The Subject Of The Order And Conducting Public Procurement Procedures For The Construction Of The Facility. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Preparatory Works, 2) Preparation Of The Concept, 3) Obtaining All Decisions, Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions And Other Documents Necessary To Obtain A Decision To Authorize The Implementation Of A Road Investment And/Or A Decision To Grant A Construction Permit, 4) Preparation Of A Construction Design, 5) Preparation Of Executive Designs, 6) Preparation Of A Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), 7) Preparation Of Bills Of Quantities, 8) Preparation Of A Cost Estimate Investor,9) Preparing Maps With The Planned Division Of Real Estate,10) Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works.
