The Subject Of The Order Includes Systematic Transport Of Disabled Children Indicated By The Ordering Party On The Route: Home - Educational Facility; Educational Institution - Home, In Accordance With The Organization Of The School Year In A Given Educational Institution And The Schedule Of Childrens Teaching Activities, Which Enable The Transported Children To Fulfill Their School Obligations. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including In Particular The Number Of Daily Trips On Individual Routes, Educational Institutions To Which Children Should Be Transported And The Number Of Children Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
