Work Detail
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Crushed Aggregate Fractions 0-31.5 Mm (C90/3) And 0-63 Mm (C50/30) For Dirt Roads Managed By The Dobre Miasto Commune. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Crushed Aggregate With Continuous Graining: 1) Fraction 0-31.5 Mm (C90/3) In The Amount Of 1700 Mg2) Fraction 0-63 Mm (C50/30) In The Amount Of 650 Mg.3. Aggregate Intended For Road Works Must Meet The Standards Pn-En 13043:2004, Pn-En 13242:2004 Or Equivalent, And Should Have Appropriate Certificates Or Certificates Confirming Compliance With The Standard.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Maintain Public Traffic At The Place Of Delivery. 5. The Contractor Must Be Prepared To Deliver Single-Order Aggregate In Quantities Of A Minimum Of 15 Tons And A Maximum Of 300 Tons.6. Each Time The Aggregate Is Delivered, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Warehouse Document (Wz) From The Aggregate Mine Confirming The Actual Release Of A Specific Number Of Tons Of Aggregate To The Outside World, Generated On The Basis Of Weighing On A Truck (Electronic) Scale. 7. At The Ordering Partys Request, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Declaration Of Performance Or Other Document Confirming The Parameters Of The Delivered Aggregate (Laboratory Tests).8. If The Contractor Is Unable To Enter The Road With Vehicles With Large Trailers, He Will Be Obliged To Deliver Materials Using Self-Unloading Box Trucks In Order To Complete The Order. The Contractor Will Be Informed By The Ordering Party About The Quantity Of Delivery.9. The Contractor Assumes Full Responsibility For The Proper Execution Of Deliveries, Ensuring Safety Conditions, Quality Of Materials And Organizational And Technical Methods During The Execution Of The Order. The Contractor Assumes Full Responsibility For Any Damage Or Damage To Equipment Located At The Place Of Delivery And Unloading Of Aggregate Resulting From Deliveries Carried Out By The Contractor.10. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Examine The Delivered Aggregate In Terms Of: Quality, Quantity And Contamination. If Any Of The Above-Mentioned Circumstances Are Found, The Ordering Party May Refuse To Pay The Remuneration, Charge The Contractor With The Costs Of Testing And Weight Control, And Demand Replacement Of The Aggregate (At The Contractors Expense) With One That Meets The Requirements Within A Period Not Longer Than 24 Hours From The Day On Which The Given Circumstance Occurred.11. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Ordered Batch Of Aggregate To The Places Indicated By The Ordering Party Within A Maximum Of 3 Business Days From Placing The Order By Telephone Or E-Mail, In Accordance With The Adopted Offer Evaluation Criterion Deadline Of Completion.
