Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of An Suv Operational Vehicle With A Hybrid Drive Plug-In (Phev) To The Central School Of The State Fire Service In Częstochowa

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of An Suv Operational Vehicle With A Plug-In Hybrid Drive (Phev). 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Terms Of Reference. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Clearly Define The Vehicle Offered In The Offer, Characterizing It By Pointing To A Specific Product (E.G. Specifying The Brand, Model, Symbol Or Other Features Assigned Exclusively To This Vehicle). 4. The Contractor Should Provide At Least 24-Month Uniform Warranty With No Mileage Limit For The Vehicle And Its Equipment - Scored Criterion. The Maximum Scored Warranty Period Is 60 Months. The Warranty Period Will Be Equal To The Warranty Period Granted By The Seller For The Delivered Vehicle And Equipment. 5. The Terms Of The Warranty And Warranty Are Specified In § 4 Of The Draft Contract. 6. Pursuant To Art. 16B Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Offers Involving Supplies Or Services From Third Countries That Are Not Parties To International Agreements; In Particular, The Ordering Party Does Not Accept Offers For The Supply Of A Car From Third Countries That Are Not Parties To International Agreements. 7. If The Ordering Party Has Any Doubts As To The Declared Origin Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party May Request The Contractor To Provide Explanations Or To Present Documents And Other Means Of Evidence Confirming The Declared Origin. 8. The Origin Of Supplies Is Determined On The Following Principles: The Place Of Origin Of The Product Is: A) In The Case Of Products Obtained Entirely In One Country Or Territory - This Just A Country Or Territory; B) Where More Than One Country Or More Than One Territory Is Involved In Its Production - The Country In Which The Goods Underwent Their Last Significant, Economically Justified Processing Or Working, In An Undertaking Adapted For That Purpose, Which Resulted In The Production Of A New Car Or Constituted An Important Stage In The Production Of The Car. The Concept Of Last Significant Processing Means That The Last Significant Processing Or Working Should Be Confined To The Place Where The Car Left The Assembly Line Where The Key Components Were Installed, Such As: Engine. 9. In Order To Determine The Origin Of The Offered Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit, Together With The Offer, A Declaration On The Origin Of The Subject Of The Order, The Template Is Annex No. 3 To Swz. 10.
