The Subject Of The Order Are Social Services Consisting In The Provision Of Short-Term Intervention And Care Services For Residents Of The Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune Requiring Urgent, Temporary Support At Their Place Of Residence - In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Public Procurement Contract To November 30, 2027. The Provision Of Short-Term Intervention And Care Services To Residents Of The Czechowice-Dziedzice Commune Will Take Place In Their Place Of Residence, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions. The Estimated Number Of People Covered By The Provision Of Short-Term Intervention And Care Services As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 100 People. The Planned Estimated Number Of Hours Of Services To Be Provided As Part Of The Implementation Of The Entire Subject Of The Order: 3,000 Hours.
