The Subject Of The Order Are Social Services Consisting In The Provision Of Specialized Care Services At The Place Of Residence Of Participants Of The Cus - New Look At Social Services Project, Implemented By The Social Services Center In Czechowice-Dziedzice Under The European Funds For Silesia 2021-2027 (Esf+) Program, In The Period From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Public Procurement To November 30, 2027. The Services Are Aimed At People Requiring Specialized Support In Everyday Functioning With Due To Disability, Health Condition, Limitations In Fitness Or Other Difficulties Affecting Their Independence And Active Participation In Social Life. The Aim Of The Services Is To Maintain Or Increase The Participants Independence In Life, Develop Competences Necessary For Everyday Functioning, Improve Social Functioning And Support Social And Professional Activity, As Well As Strengthen The Possibility Of Independent Functioning In The Place Of Residence And The Local Environment. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Services Tailored To The Individual Needs, Possibilities And Life Situation Of The Project Participants. Estimated Number Of People Covered By The Service Specialized Care Services As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: At Least 291 People. Planned Estimated Number Of Hours Of Services To Be Provided As Part Of The Implementation Of The Entire Subject Of The Order: 4,000 Hours.
