Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of An Agricultural Tractor

1. The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Delivery Of A Brand New, Unused, Defect-Free Agricultural Tractor; 2) Provision Of A Manufacturers Warranty, On The Manufacturers Terms, For A Period Of At Least 48 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order; 3) Granting By The Contractor Of A Warranty For A Period Of At Least 48 Months From The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order; 4) Training Of The Ordering Partys Representatives In Operation; 5) Provision Of Service For A Period Equal To The Manufacturers Warranty Period, In Accordance With The Contractors Offer, 6) Delivery Of The Tractor To The Location Pątnów 77A, 98-335 Pątnów. Delivery Will Take Place On A Business Day, From 7:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M., Within 30 Business Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract. As Part Of The Delivery, The Agricultural Tractor Will Be Delivered Fully Fueled And Supplemented With Other Operating Fluids (Ready For Use).2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer Price The Services / Inspections Required By The Manufacturer Required To Maintain The Manufacturers Warranty (Service Support), In A Maximum Number Of 5 (Five). Any Other Activities Required To Maintain The Manufacturers Warranty For The Period Indicated In The Contractors Offer. The Requirement Also Includes All Necessary Parts, Elements And Consumables Whose Replacement Is Required To Maintain The Manufacturers Warranty.3. The Contractor Must Have All Documents Necessary To Register A Vehicle For Two People And Register A Tractor In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.4. All Documents Regarding The Subject Of The Order, Including The User Manual And Warranty Cards, Must Be In Polish.5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Appendix No. 1 To The Swz.
