Tenders are invited for Supply of Technical Inspection Services, Procurement of Aircraft Cooling Systems, Technical Support Services, and Pilot Training The deadline for submission of Expressions of Interest and the accompanying budgetary quotations shall be during official working hours on: Sunday 26/7/2026. Oil Exploration Company (OEC), one of the companies of the Iraqi Ministry of Oil, hereby invites qualified and experienced specialized companies to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the supply of the required materials and the provision of the related support services and training for EC145 helicopters, in accordance with the following requirements: Conduct a six-year technical inspection for three (3) helicopters at the Companys locations. Supply and install two aircraft cooling systems for the above-mentioned helicopters at the Companys locations. Provide technical support to maintain the airworthiness of the helicopters at the Companys locations. Conduct Type Rating Training for four (4) pilots at one of Airbus-approved training academies within the European Union. Conduct Night Vision Goggles (NVG) Training for four (4) pilots at one of Airbus-approved training academies within the European Union. The implementation period shall be six (6) months. 1- Interested parties shall submit an Expression of Interest accompanied by a non-binding budgetary quotation for the required materials and services specified above. This notice is issued solely for the purpose of identifying potential qualified participants and completing the necessary procedures for selecting the appropriate contracting method in accordance with the applicable instructions and regulations. 2- Interested companies shall provide documentary evidence demonstrating that the materials and services covered by this EOI are supplied, approved, or authorized by Airbus, and that they fully comply with the required technical specifications and standards. All supporting documents and certificates shall be attached. 3- Interested companies shall submit documentary evidence confirming that they are authorized and approved by Airbus, together with evidence demonstrating that Airbus has no objection to their entering into a contract with the Oil Exploration Company for the provision of the materials and services required under this announcement.
