This component provides psychosocial support, recreational and educational activities for children and youth, capacity building for local responders, and community-based interventions in collective shelters and host communities across North Lebanon, Beirut, and Mount Lebanon. SCOPE OF WORKThe assignment will be implemented by four (4) Play-Based and Recreational Activities Trainers. Each trainer will be assigned up to five (5) training groups (classes), taking into consideration the geographical proximity of collective shelters to ensure efficient planning, coordination, and implementation of activities.Each assigned training group will receive four (4) sessions, with each session lasting two (2) hours, for a total of eight (8) training hours per group. Accordingly, each trainer may be required to facilitate up to twenty (20) sessions, equivalent to forty (40) training hours, throughout the assignment period.Under the supervision and coordination of the INJAZ Lebanon project team, the selected trainers will be responsible for: -Facilitating structured play-based, recreational, creative, and physical activity sessions for children aged 510 years residing in collective shelters across North Lebanon, Beirut, and Mount Lebanon. -Delivering all assigned training sessions in accordance with the approved implementation schedule and activity plans provided by INJAZ Lebanon. -Applying age-appropriate and inclusive facilitation techniques while adapting activities to the needs, abilities, and context of participating children. -Promoting active participation, creativity, teamwork, self-expression, confidence-building, and positive social interaction through structured play and recreational activities. -Establishing and maintaining a safe, inclusive, respectful, and child-friendly environment throughout all sessions. -Monitoring participant attendance, engagement, and participation, and submitting required attendance sheets, activity records, and implementation reports. -Coordinating closely with INJAZ Lebanon staff, volunteers, and designated shelter focal points to ensure smooth and effective implementation of activities. -Adhering to INJAZ Lebanons safeguarding, child protection, Code of Conduct, and other relevant organizational policies and procedures throughout the assignment. DELIVERABLESThe selected trainers will be responsible for the successful completion and submission of the following deliverables: -Facilitation of structured, interactive, and age-appropriate play-based, recreational, creative, and physical activities throughout all assigned sessions. -Delivery of activities and session plans provided by INJAZ Lebanon using participatory, inclusive, and child-friendly facilitation approaches. -Maintenance of accurate participant attendance records and monitoring of childrens engagement and participation throughout the implementation period. -Conducting pre- and post-training assessments, where applicable, to measure participants engagement, learning outcomes, and overall experience. -Successful completion of all assigned activities within the designated collective shelters and geographical areas, in accordance with the approved implementation schedule. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3 years of proven experience in designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, or capacity-building activities.
