Retender for Event Management Services to Support Three High-Level Events for NASCLIM and EBC Project, Indonesia Title : Retender for Event Management Services to Support Three High-Level Events for NASCLIM and EBC Project, Indonesia Reference : 100014188A Process : RFP Description : GGGI Indonesia Country Office is inviting eligible event management companies to submit their proposals for the following scope of work: Important Notice: The bidders should note that no financial information/quotations should be submitted together with the technical proposals. Proposals containing any financial information in the Formal or Technical envelopes shall be disqualified. PROJECT BACKGROUND: The Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) is collaborating with the Indonesian government on the implementation of several landscape projects to support Indonesia in achieving its FOLU Netsink 2030 and NDC targets by reducing and avoiding deforestation and degradation. In alignment with Indonesias climate change mitigation and adaptation strategy, GGGI, with support from the Government of Canada, is implementing two key projects related to the blue carbon sector in Indonesia: Nature-based Solutions for Climate-smart Livelihoods in Mangrove Landscapes (NASCLIM): This project focuses on degraded coastal areas in North and East Kalimantan Provinces, supporting the national Government of Indonesiaparticularly the Ministry of Forestry (Kemenhut) as well as provincial authorities. NASCLIM will develop mangrove protection and restoration models to revitalize coastal areas both economically and environmentally. Enabling Blue Carbon in Indonesia (EBC): This project supports the national government in formulating a robust policy-enabling framework, data management, research, and a standard methodology for including the Blue Carbon ecosystem in Indonesias NDC particularly the Ministry of Environment and Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries. The primary focus of EBC is on the sustainable management of mangroves and seagrasses. Both NASCLIM and EBC have overlapping scopes, focusing on sustainable mangrove management. ASSIGNMENT OBJECTIVE: To ensure a smooth and compliant foundation for both projects, GGGI recognizes the need for event management services to be involved. The selected event management company (hereinafter referred to as EMC) shall play a crucial role in assisting GGGI in organizing high-level international workshops, and conferences involving stakeholders from relevant institutions such as the Ministry of Environment, Ministry of Forestry, Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP), and other relevant ministries and institutions, as well as the Embassy of Canada to Indonesia. For further details on the Scope of Work, please refer to the Terms of Reference available under the published Document Set IMPORTANT TIMELINES: The tender submission deadline is 10 August 2026, 16:00 KST (Korean Standard Time) / 14:00 WIB. Note: If any bidder has any request for clarification on the TOR or any part of the tender documents, GGGI will be happy to clarify if the request is received on or before 7 days before the deadline (namely: if the tender submission deadline is 16:00 15 April KST, then the due date for submission of request for clarification is 16:00 8 April KST). Interested parties will be required to register their details on the GGGI e-Green Procurement Portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/gggi). HOW TO OBTAIN THE DOCUMENTS: Documents can be accessed via the e-Green Procurement Portal by selecting View Details on the relevant notice and then clicking the Tender Application button. If you are a new supplier, you will be required to register your details. If you have an existing account, you will need to login to the portal.
