Tenders are invited for Group Psychosocial Support (Pss) & Social Training Expert Service Location: Ramallah The Development Action Center (DAP/Maan announces the launch of a tender for the provision of training services in the Group Psychosocial Support (PSS) & Social Training Expert, within the activities of the project "Supporting Community Responses in the West Bank 2026 Response, Implementation and Supervision of the Development Action Center/Maan Ramallah" project, according to the following conditions: The applicant must be a specialist in the required training field and provide related services. Prices are provided as per the table attached in the bid documents in USD currency and are inclusive of VAT. The Center is not obligated to choose the lowest bid, and has the right to reject any or all bids without giving reasons. The bidder must submit official tax invoices if the bidder is a company, but if the bidder is an individual in his personal capacity, he must provide a valid certified discount certificate. The applicant is required to submit a valid Masdar Discount Certificate. The Center has the right to segment the tender in line with the interest of the project.
