Service Location: Ramallah, Bethlehem, Hebron, Nablus, Jenin, Tubas Development of Early Childhood Development (ECD) Manuals and Delivery of Training & Coaching Services SOS Childrens Villages Palestine invites qualified companies and specialized institutions with proven experience in Early Childhood Development (ECD), Mental Health and Psychosocial Support (MHPSS), psychosocial training, and curriculum/manual development to submit proposals for the development of ECD manuals and the delivery of training and coaching services across Bethlehem, Hebron, Jenin, Tulkarem, Nablus, Tubas, and Salfit. Reference No.: TOR.13.2026 Scope of the Assignment Development of two practical ECD manuals: Kindergarten Teachers Manual. Parents/Caregivers Manual. Delivery of training for kindergarten teachers. Delivery of coaching and follow-up sessions to support practical implementation. Assignment duration: From contract award until December 2028. Minimum Eligibility Requirements Interested applicants must: Be a legally registered company or institution. Hold a valid Deduction at Source Certificate. Demonstrate relevant experience in ECD, MHPSS, psychosocial support, education, or training. Propose a qualified multidisciplinary team including a Team Leader, ECD/MHPSS content specialists, trainers/coaches, and a graphic designer.
