SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospect Bidders are to submit bids for the Lot, two hard copies (one original and the other copy), each of the completed Technical and Financial Bids, with a softcopy of the financial bid in MS Excel format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked Technical Bid or Financial Bid, Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope, with project name and Lot number clearly written on the top right-hand corner, addressed as returned to: The Vice Chancellor, Federal University of Environment and Technology Koroma/Sakpenwa, Ogoni, Rivers State, Administrative Building, 1st Floor, Right wing.
