Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the Office of the Director of Procurement, North Core, beside Aper Aku Auditorium, Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University, Makurdi, between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, upon presentation of evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only per lot. For payment, visit www.remita.ng, generate a Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR) number, make the payment, take your printout to the Universitys Bursary, and obtain an official receipt. E. SUBMISSION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bids for each desired lot: two (2) hard copies and a soft copy (USB Flash drive) each of the Technical and Financial bids, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a larger sealed envelope addressed to the Director of Procurement, Joseph Sarwuan Tarka University, Makurdi, and clearly marked with the name of the project and lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS Only the Technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission of bids at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 29 July 2026, at the VCs Conference Room, in the presence of bidders or their representatives and interested members of the public.
