Tenders are invited for Procurement and Installation of Furniture for Office, Classroom and Laboratory Comprising: 500 Nr. Lecture Theatre Seat with Metal Leg Fabrication, with Backrest, 3 Nr. Secretary Table with Console & Chair, 173 Nr. Computer Table and Chair, 2 Nr. Executive Table of Size 1800mm *970mm 750mm with 6 Drawers, a Padded Portion, a Console with Se Revolving and Reclining Chair, 30 Nr. Conference Table to Sit 30 People, Wooden Chair 2. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested bidders are to collect the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) from the Procurement Unit, Federal University of Medicine and Medical Sciences, Abeokuta, between the working hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm daily, with evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Ten thousand Naira (N10,000.00). Payment should be made via REMITA, receipt generated online and confirmed in the Bursary of the University. Photocopy of the receipt should be attached to the Tender Documents. 3. SUBMISSION OF BIDS Prospective Bidders are to submit bids for each Lot desired, both Technical and Financial Bids in (soft and hard copy). The hard copy should be submitted in two (2) bound copies (one original and one photocopy) each packaged in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as Technical Bid and Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the sealed envelopes together with their Flash Drive (containing the soft copies) in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to The Vice Chancellor, Federal University of Medicine and Medical Sciences, Abeokuta, Ogun State and clearly marked with the name of the project and the Lot number.
