Tenders are invited for Firm Selection to Serve as Financial Education Program Consultant for the Central Bank The selected consulting firm will provide technical and operational leadership in designing, implementing, and evaluating a financial education and literacy campaign, coordinating closely with the Financial Education Working Group (WG) led by the CBL. Task 2: Baseline Survey and Work Plan o Design and conduct a pre-campaign (baseline) survey (including focus group sessions) to assess financial literacy levels among target groups. o Develop a comprehensive work plan and implementation timeline.
