The Firm will take as its starting point the documents produced under the Green Financing Facility (FFV), in particular the Green Financing Strategy and the 2025-2030 Climate Roadmap, which it must finalise and integrate. The strategy document will include best practice tools such as a theory of change, key performance and impact indicators, as well as a roadmap and implementation plan. New tools will include: (a) Revision of the fund evaluation grid to facilitate fund selection and investment decision-making; (b) Investment policy documents and operational guidelines, including due diligence checklists and transaction processing templates. Activity 2: Present an action plan for the implementation of the fund-of-funds strategy over a 5- year period. Activity 3: Integrate ESG and impact investment principles into CDC Benins fund-of-funds investment policy, with a particular focus on strategic sectors and businesses led by women and youth.
