Tenders are invited for Construction of 400 Bed Space Students Hostel Accommodation on Public-Private Partnership (PPP) 2. COLLECTION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS Interested bidders are to collect the Standard Bidding Documents (SBD) from the Procurement Unit, Federal University of Medicine and Medical Sciences, Abeokuta, between the working hours of 9:00 am to 4:00 pm daily, with evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of Ten thousand Naira (N10,000.00). Payment should be made via REMITA, receipt generated online and confirmed in the Bursary of the University. Photocopy of the receipt should be attached to the Tender Documents. 3. SUBMISSION OF BIDS Prospective Bidders are to submit bids for each Lot desired, both Technical and Financial Bids in (soft and hard copy). The hard copy should be submitted in two (2) bound copies (one original and one photocopy) each packaged in a sealed envelope and clearly marked as Technical Bid and Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the sealed envelopes together with their Flash Drive (containing the soft copies) in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to The Vice Chancellor, Federal University of Medicine and Medical Sciences, Abeokuta, Ogun State and clearly marked with the name of the project and the Lot number. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box in the Procurement Department, Federal University of Medicine and Medical Sciences, Abeokuta, Ogun State not later than 12:00 noon on Friday 7 August 2026.
