Expression of Interest for Multiple Framework Contract for the Supply of ICT Equipment, Spare Parts, Accessories and Associated Services. Description: The aim of this procurement procedure is the conclusion of a multiple framework supply contracts for the acquisition of ICT hardware, spare parts, accessories and associated services. The scope of this FWC is provisioning of the ICT hardware, spare parts, accessories and associated services except the mobile devices, mobile devices accessories and associated services. Detailed description of the scope and requirements regarding the services covered by this procurement procedure is presented in the attached Terms of Reference document (Annex II) and its appendices. The detailed list of products categories covered by this contract is presented in Annex II in the table List of categories in chapter 3.1. Frontex may ask in its requests for the specific offers for any ICT hardware, spare parts, accessories and associated services covered by the above-mentioned list of categories. Provision of the software licenses is out of the scope of the contract resulting from this procurement procedure unless it constitutes integral part or associated services of the ordered equipment. In accordance with Articles 2(63) and 165(1) and (2) of the Financial Regulation, the subject matter of this procurement is a supplies contract.
