Tenders Are Invited For Work To Repair The Waterproofing And Reprofiling The Concrete Structures Of A Bridge And An Esplanade.

During The Execution Of The Bus Roads (2018), The Company In Charge Of The Work Did Not Leave Any Membrane Waiting To Ensure Continuity By Bonding The Waterproofing Of The 2 Entities. The Waterproofing Membranes Of The Bus Roads Are Therefore Entirely Covered With Asphalt On The Rolling Part, With Concrete Reinforced With A Mesh On The Sidewalk. Opening The Sidewalk Covering To Look For The Existing Membranes Presents A Significant Risk Of Damaging Them, Particularly Near The Concrete Cutouts. It Was Therefore Agreed Not To Look For The Existing Waterproofing Under The Sidewalk. The Solution Chosen Is To Cover The Sidewalk With A Glued Membrane In Continuity With The Waterproofing Of The Esplanade. It Will Nevertheless Be Necessary To Modify The Profile Across The Sidewalk In Two Places To Create Access To The Esplanade For Vehicles (Patient Drop-Off, Ambulance, Firefighters).
