Work Detail
The Province Of Overijssel Intends To Launch A Tender For The Performance Of Preventive And Corrective Maintenance On Building-Related Installations And Minor Structural Maintenance Within Its Building Portfolio. The Province Is Looking For A Professional And Expert Partner Who Contributes To Ensuring A Safe, Functional And Comfortable Environment For Visitors, Employees And Partners At Both Operational And Tactical Levels. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Systematic And Fault-Oriented Maintenance Of The Installations, The Starting Point Being To Prevent Faults And Failures As Much As Possible Through A Proactive Approach. Part Of The Assignment Is To Repair Defects In A Timely Manner, Identify Risks And Opportunities For Improvement, And Advise On The Replacement Of Outdated Or Worn-Out Assets. The Contractor Is Expected To Actively Contribute To The Improvement And Sustainability Of Buildings And Technical Installations. 14.5 Million
