The Gelderland-Zuid Safety Region (Vrgz) Intends To Contract One Or More Suppliers For The Supply Of Mro Items (Maintenance, Repair And Operations). This Includes Consumables And Consumables, Installation Materials, Fixtures And Workshop-Related Personal Protective Equipment (Ppe). In This Document, These Items Are Collectively Referred To As Mro Items. The Vrgz Aims To Contract A Limited Number Of One-Stop Shop Suppliers. Where Possible, One Supplier Is Contracted Per Plot. The Scope Of The Framework Agreement Is Based On The Spend Analysis Of The Contracting Authority. In Addition, A Safety Margin Of 30% Is Maintained, For Geopolitical Reasons (Price Increases) And Unforeseen Circumstances, To Prevent Us From Having Used Them Up Earlier Within The Maximum Term Of The Framework Agreements. The Maximum Size Of The Framework Agreements: • Lot 1: Installation Material: € 800,000 Incl. Vat. • Lot 2: Materials And Consumables: €700,000 Incl. Vat. However, The Contracting Authority Cannot Provide A Guarantee For The Number Of Contracts To Be Awarded And The Expected Turnover For The Coming Contract Period. Tenderers Cannot Derive Any Rights From The Figures Provided In The Tender Documents.
