Delivery Of Ritter Fixtures In The Context Of This Tender, The Municipality Intends To Purchase Ritter Fixtures. The Assignment Consists Of Supplying The Ritter Fixtures And Required Materials. Chapter 5 Of This Guideline Contains A Detailed Description Of The Assignment And The Requirements Imposed On It. The Delivery Also Includes All Necessary Actions, Measures, Facilities And The Like That Are Required To Deliver The Ritter Fixtures In Accordance With The Agreement At A Specific Agreed Time At A Location To Be Specified By The Client. Installing The Ritter Fixtures Is Not Within The Scope Of This Assignment. Project Description A New Framework Agreement Must Be Concluded For The Supply Of The Ritter Fixture Because The Municipality Of Amsterdam Will Still Need To Purchase The Ritter Fixture In The Coming Years. For Example, For Malfunctions, Damage, New Construction And Re-Profiling. The Maintenance Contractor Takes Care Of The Installation, Which Is Outside The Scope Of This Tender.
