Work Detail
The Municipality Of Leiden Manages A Large Number Of Power Cabinets In The City For Events And Markets. These Power Cabinets Must Comply With The Nen3140 Standard. To Continue To Meet This Requirement, Periodic Maintenance Is Necessary. In Addition, Almost All Power Cabinets Have Been Optimized In Recent Years For Multifunctional Use, Such As Charging Cars, To Make Better Use Of Their Capacity. The Municipality Needs A Maintenance Contract For These Power Boxes, Including The Handling Of Calamities Such As Malfunctions And Replacement Of Power Boxes. • The Global Estimate Of €55,000 Per Year For The Maintenance Aspect Alone. (€55,000 X 4 Years = €220,000) No Estimate Can Be Given For The Replacement Because It Is Assessed Per Cabinet. The Framework Agreement Has A Maximum Value Of €350,000. Assignments Are Requested On Call.
