The Validity Of The Policy Is Required For The Period 06.11.2026 - 05.11.2027. The Subject Of The Procurement Contract And Its Technical Conditions Are Described In More Detail In The Technical Description. The Technical Description And The Project Of The Procurement Contract, Which Have Been Approved For Internal Use On The Basis Of Avts § 35 (1) P. 12 And 19 And Ppvs § 4 (5) Are Issued Only To Applicants Who Have Submitted A Signed Confidentiality Declaration That Has Not Been Removed. If The Tenderer Is A Branch Entered In The Business Register In Estonia On Behalf Of A Foreign Company, The Procurement Passport Must Be Submitted For Both The Foreign Company And The Branch Registered In Estonia, Against Which The Absence Of Grounds For Elimination Is Checked.
