The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Including Cleaning Of The Easement Area (Easement) Affecting Land Properties In Forest And Non-Forest (Urbanized, Agricultural, Protected, Disturbed Areas For Restoration) Territories Of The Power Line (Overhead Line (Vl)) 400 Kv Vezhen, Part Of The Transmission Network Of The Republic Of Bulgaria The 400 Kv Vezhen Overhead Line Was Put Into Operation In 1972, It Is The Connection Between The Zlatitsa Substation And The Plovdiv Substation And Is Served From Station No. 90 To The Plovdiv Substation By The Mer Plovdiv Department, Plovdiv Department. Vl 400 Kv Vežen Has A Nominal Voltage Of 400 Kv, With One Triple On The Pole Line And Arrangement Of The Phase Conductors - All Possible. The Route Of The 400 Kv Vežen Overhead Line Scheduled For Cleaning Passes Through Different Categories Of Territories, Including Mountainous Or Rugged Terrain, Some Of Which Lack Roads, And Mechanized Access Is Difficult. Cleaning The Easement Is An Activity That Includes: - Removal Of Trees, Bushes And Branches In The Easement, On Land Properties In Forest Territories, Representing Clearing; - Removal And Pruning Of Individual Trees, Bushes And Branches In The Easement On Land Properties Outside Forest Territories; - Moving The Cut Wooden Table To The Left And/Or Right Border Of The Easement, So That The Strip Between The End Wires Is Freed; - Felling And Transportation Of Wood To Temporary Storage (Logging). The Cleaning Of The Easement Is Required In Connection With The Requirements Of Art. 765 Of The Nteecm And Ordinance No. 16 Of 2004 On The Easements Of The Energy Objects, By Removing The Tree, Bushes And Shoots And Removing The Felled Tree, Branches, Bushes, Shoots, Stubble, Waste, Dry Wood Mass And Unusable Wood Outside The Clearing, According To The Requirements Of The Zg And Other By-Laws.
