The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes Delivery, Installation, Commissioning Of A New Digital Mammography System With Tomosynthesis, Performance Of Preliminary Examinations And Functional Tests, Training Of Medical Specialists, Provision Of The Necessary Technical Documentation, Certificates Of Conformity And Operating Instructions In Bulgarian And Warranty Service Within The Warranty Period. The Delivery Period Is No Longer Than 90 Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Awarding The Execution Of The Contract. The Term For Installation And Commissioning Of The Equipment Is No Longer Than 50 Calendar Days, Counted From The Date Of Receipt Of The Assignment Letter From The Employer. The Term For Training The Staff Of The Contracting Authority To Work With The Delivered Medical Equipment Is No Longer Than 5 Calendar Days, Counting From The Date Of Installation, Settings, Technical Testing And Commissioning Of The Delivered Medical Equipment, And Lasts 5 (Five) Working Days. The Minimum Warranty Period Is Not Less Than 24 (Twenty Four) Months Full Warranty. At The Time Of The Announcement Of The Public Procurement, Its Financing Has Not Been Secured, Therefore The Contract Will Be Concluded Under The Condition, In Accordance With Art. 114 Of The Civil Code. ​​​​​​​
