Delivery Of Food Products For The Needs Of Delivery Of Food Products For The Needs Of Dg Iglika, Dg Izgrev, Dg Zdravets, Dg Denitsa, Dg Slancho And Dg Sokola On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Peshtera By Separate Positions With The Aim Of: Providing Quality, Healthy And Nutritious Food To Consumers; Ensuring A Proper Diet, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Health Act And The Normative Acts On Its Implementation; Improving The Quality And Conditions Under Which Consumer Nutrition Is Provided; Increasing The Speed Of Delivery When Food Products Are Needed. The Type And Quantity Of Food Products Are Specified In The Technical Specification - An Integral Part Of This Documentation. The Quantities Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Estimates, Calculated On The Basis Of Consumption For The Last Twelve Months. The Contracting Authority Will Declare The Supply Of Food Products, According To The Emerging Needs Of The Relevant Municipal Structures. Deliveries Of Food Products Are Made After A Written Request From Authorized Persons By The Contracting Authority Provided To The Contractor According To Needs Every Working Day Until 12:00 Through The Final Recipient Sites. Deliveries Of Food Products To The Respective Sites Will Be Made Daily On The First Working Day Following The Day Of Submission Of The Request. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right Not To Declare The Entire Specified Amount Of Food Products By Type And/Or Number, Without Any Adverse Consequences For Him. The Scope, Volume And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Documentation. ​​​
