Separate Position No. 1 - Delivery Through The Purchase Of Disinfectant Materials, Cleaning Agents And Sanitation, Included In The List Under Article 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Zop, For The Needs Of The Territorial Divisions Of The Yucdp, The Town Of Smolyan, Falling Within The Territory Of The Kardzhali Region The Goods Subject To The Separate Item Are Included In The List Under Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zop, In View Of Which It Is Intended For Awarding Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives To People With Disabilities Or To Economic Entities Whose Main Goal Is The Social And Professional Integration Of People With Disabilities Or People In A Disadvantaged Position. When Awarding The Public Contract, Persons May Participate Who, Provided That At Least 30 Percent Of Their Roster Is Disabled Or Disadvantaged In This Case According To Art. 12, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of The Civil Code, Persons Must Be Registered As Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of Disabled People At Least Three Years Before The Date Of Opening The Procedure For Awarding The Public Contract. Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives Of Disabled People Can Participate In The Public Procurement, Provided That They Can Fulfill At Least 80 Percent Of Its Subject With Their Own Machines, Equipment And Human Resources. The Description Of The Items By Type Is Contained In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1, An Integral Part Of This Participation Documentation. The Contracting Authority Indicates Estimated Quantities Of Disinfectant Materials, Cleaning Agents And Sanitation, And Is Under No Obligation To Purchase The Specified Quantities Described In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1. The Participant Should Maintain The Availability Of The Items Listed In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1 And Have Them Appear On Its Official Website And/Or Catalog Up To Date For The Entire Period Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority May Request Other Similar Types Of Disinfection Materials, Cleaning Materials And Sanitation, Beyond Those Specified In The Technical Specification, Within The Maximum Financial Resources For The Execution Of The Order. The Same Shall Be Paid By The Contracting Authority With The Percentage Discount From The Unit Price For The Disinfectant Materials, Cleaning Agents And Sanitation Which Are Not Listed In The Technical Specification - Appendix No. 1​​​​​​​. The Contracting Authority Is Not Committed To A Specific Type And Quantity Of Items Specified In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1 Of The Participation Documentation. Items Requested By Type And Quantity Will Depend On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority.
