Tenders Are Invited For Specialized Transportation Of Children And Students Subject To Compulsory Education At The Saints Saints Cyril And Methodius University Of Karnobat And Other Educational Institutions On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Karnobat During The Academic Year 2026/2027.

The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Provision Of Land Transport Services, Consisting In The Provision Of Specialized Transport By Car For Children And Students Subject To Compulsory Education In The Saints Cyril And Methodius University Of Karnobat And Other Educational Institutions On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Karnobat During The Academic Year 2026/2027. The Transportation Of Students Will Be Carried Out Every School Day Along Certain Routes And An Agreed Timetable. The Transport Covers Children Of Mandatory Preschool Age And Students From Grades I-Xii Inclusive, Who Travel From Settlements Where There Is No Kindergarten Or School, As Well As Students Who Are Training To Acquire A Professional Qualification, In Accordance With Art. 283, Para. 2 Of The Preschool And School Education Act, According To Art. 19, Item 8 Of The Ordinance On The Terms And Conditions For The Provision Of Funds To Compensate For The Reduced Revenues From The Application Of Prices For Public Passenger Transport By Road Transport, Provided For In The Normative Acts For Certain Categories Of Passengers, For Subsidizing Public Passenger Transport On Unprofitable Bus Lines In Intra-City Transport And Transport In Mountainous And Other Areas And For Issuing Transport Documents For Carrying Out The Transports.
