The Object Of The Order Is The Provision Of Road Transport Services For The Needs Of The Dr. Stamen Iliev Medical Center Ad - Montana, Under The Conditions And In Accordance With The Law On Public Procurement. The Order Has Two Separate Items: Separate Position No. 1 - Transport Of Dialysis Patients From Their Homes To The Dialysis Department In Dr. Stamen Iliev Medical Center Jsc - Montana And Return, According To A Certain Monthly Schedule. The Service Will Be Performed On The Basis Of A Preliminary Schedule Presented By The Contractor At The End Of Each Month For The Next. Special Position No. 2 - Transportation Of Emergency Teams And Others Of Dr. Stamen Iliev General Hospital Ad - Montana. The Service Will Be Performed After A Request Has Been Made Through The Reception-Dispatch Sector Of The Contracting Authority. The Estimated Value Of Separate Item 2 Represents About 11% Of The Total Value Of The Order. The Contracting Authority Will Apply The Provisions Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop And Art. 7 Of The Ppzop And The Separate Position Will Be Awarded Independently. The Procedure Is Carried Out With The Aim Of Concluding A Contract For Special Position No. 1.
