The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is Divided Into The Following Distinct Items: Separate Item No. 1: Delivery Of 1 /One/ Tractor Mower With Grass Collection Basket On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Pavel Banya; Separate Item No. 2: Delivery Of 2 /Two/ Self-Propelled Lawn Mowers For Grass Collection On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Pavel Banya; Important: Separate Item No. 2 From The Subject Of The Order: Delivery Of 2 /Two/ Self-Propelled Lawn Mowers On The Territory Of The Municipality Of Pavel Banya With An Estimated Value Of Eur 5,666.67 Excluding Vat Based On Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop Is Awarded According To The Order Of Its Independent Value, Namely - According To The Order Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Zop, Through Direct Award, Since Its Value Does Not Exceed The Threshold Of 79,998.77 Euros And The Same Does Not Exceed 20% Of The Total Value Of The Order, Which Amounts To 30,866.67 € (In Words: Thirty Thousand Eight Hundred And Sixty-Six Euros And Sixty-Seven Euro Cents) Without Vat.
