The Subject Of The Public Order Is The Supply Of Food Products For The Needs Of The Kindergarten. The Delivery Is Made Upon Prior Request Of The Contracting Party According To His Needs. A Detailed Description Of The Type, Quantity, Cuts, Packaging And Other Essential Characteristics Of The Food Products To Be Delivered Is Contained In A Technical Specification, Which Is An Integral Part Of This Documentation. Note!!! The Food Products Delivered By The Contractor Must Include A Minimum Of 4% Organic Certified Food In 2026, And This Share Must Increase By 1% Per Year, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance H-1 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products, Subject Of The Public Procurement In Force From 14.08.2024.
