Advertisement date : 14th July 2026 Submission date : 25th July 2026 before 23:59 Yemen time The National Foundation for Development and Humanitarian Response (NAHR) invites qualified and legally registered engineering consulting firms to submit their bids for the provision of engineering consultancy services for the detailed design of priority water supply and sewerage network rehabilitation works in Aden and Taiz Governorates. The Project aims to rehabilitate priority water supply and sewerage networks to improve service reliability, reduce water losses and sewer overflows, and strengthen the resilience of essential water and sanitation services. The consultancy assignment includes technical assessments, hydraulic analyses, detailed engineering designs, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), technical specifications, cost estimates, and tender documentation for thirteen (13) priority sites in Aden and Taiz Governorates.
