Tenders are invited for External Auditing Service. Audit of the project P.316-2025-002 for the period 01.08.2025- 31.07.2026 " Building Sustainable Livelihoods in Al Dhalee Governorate, Yemen, 2025-26 " We invite you to conduct a financial audit of the project funds of the above-mentioned project financed by 23.08.2026 In regards to the planned audit procedures and conditions, please refer to the attached Terms of Reference (TORs) and checklist. We kindly ask you to provide us with your offer while taking position in particular to the following points: 1. Presentation of audit firm, mentioning qualifications and experience of auditors conducting the audit and experience of auditing project funds. 2. Proof of registration as a certified public accountant/chartered accountant. demonstrating legal registration and licensing by the relevant regulatory authorities to perform audits in the Republic of Yemen. 3. Membership in the IFAC or membership of national association that itself is registered with IFAC (registration and annual license). 4. Confirmation of TORs, audit methodology, and standards. 5. The quotation includes tax and all expenses to be incurred (including travel expenses) and is aligned with all deliverables mentioned in the ToR. And the quotation currency should be in USD. 6. Proposed time schedule The audit will take place once in the period between 23 August 2026 and 1 October 2026 at the place. The reporting language is English.
