The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: A) Delivery Of The Equipment, Preparation Of A Technical Design, Installation And Implementation Of The Equipment In Accordance With This Project, B) Provision Of Maintenance Services For The Equipment To The Extent Specified In The Agreement, C) Provision Of Development Services For The Equipment To The Extent Specified In The Agreement, D) Conducting Workshops For The Ordering Partys Employees In The Field Of Operation Of The Equipment, E) Providing A Warranty For The Delivered Equipment On The Terms Described In The Agreement;
