Engineering Design Services – Project Management Contract For Fire Safety Improvement And Development Work On Levels 1, 2, 4 And 6 Of The Hospital Block. This Is A Single Public Market (No Lot). This Is An Ordinary Public Market. The Public Contract Is Treated At A Global And Fixed Price Fixed In The Act Of Commitment. All Of The Services To Be Carried Out Are Described In The Specific Technical Clauses (Cctp) As Well As The Detailed Technical Program (Ptd). The Contract Is Concluded From Its Notification Date Until Unreserved Acceptance Of The Services. The Execution Deadlines Appear In The Ccap, The Cctp And The Detailed Schedule For Execution Of The Contractors Services. The Work Must Be Finalized No Later Than The End Of January 2029. The Validity Period For Offers Is Set At Six (6) Months From The Deadline For Receipt Of Offers.
