Special-Purpose Road Passenger-Transport Services – Private Transport Service For People With Reduced Mobility (Prm): “Pic Transport+” Of The Community Of Communes Of Grand Pic Saint-Loup. The Purpose Of This Framework Agreement Is To Entrust The Holder With The Provision Of Private Transport Services To Ensure, On An Exclusive Basis, The Service Called Pic Transport + Intended For People With Reduced Mobility Implemented By The Community Of Communes Of Grand Pic Saint-Loup. People Who Can Benefit From The Pic Transport + Service Must Be Registered With The Service And Must Hold A Disability Inclusion Mobility Card Or A Disability Card Showing A Disability At A Minimum Rate Of 80%.
