Facilities Management Services – Provision Of Operation Support Services Of The Business Unit Of Etad S.A. Parnassos Ski Center. The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Select A Contractor For The Provision Of Operation Support Services Of The Parnassos Ski Center Branch Of Etad S.A. For A Period Of Seven (7) Months, Namely: - From 15/9/2026 – 14/12/2026 For The Completion Of The Maintenance And Certification Of The Lifts With A Budget Of €200,000 And - From 15/12/2026 – 15/4/2027 For The Ski Season 2026-2027 With A Budget Of €1,250,000 And According To The Corresponding Tables Of Needs Or In Case Of Non-Exhaustion Of The Amount Of The Contract Until It Is Exhausted. The Calendar Period For The Provision Of Services May Be Postponed In Cases Where The International Tender Process Presents Unforeseen Delays (Appeals, Etc.) And On The Condition That The Project Budget Does Not Change Incrementally. The Contract May Be Terminated Or Rescheduled, At No Cost To Etad Sa, Upon Prior Written Notice Of Fifteen (15) Calendar Days To The Contractor. In The Event Of Either The Utilization Of The Business Unit, Or Cessation Of Its Operation (Temporary Or Not), Or Due To A Modification Of Its Operation Plan For Any Reason And Before The End Of The Term, The Contract Is Terminated Free Of Charge For Etad S.A. Upon Fifteen (15) Calendar Days Prior Written Notice To The Contractor. A Detailed Description Of The Object Of The Contract Is Given In Appendices I And Ii Of The Announcement. Prospective Contractors Can Participate For The Entire Scope Of The Project.
