This Consultation Concerns The Supply Of System, Client/Server And Office Software, In Complete Or Licensed Products, Pre-Sales Advice As Well As Support Services For The Needs Of The S.D.I.S Of Pas-De-Calais. In Application Of Article L.2125-1 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Consultation Will Result In A Framework Agreement, Not Allocated, Without Minimum Amount And With Maximum Amount. The Order Amount For The Initial Contract And Each Renewal Is Limited To €500,000.00 Excluding Tax. The Estimated Order Amount Is €250,000.00 Over 12 Months. This Is A Framework Supply Agreement, Single Awardee, Without Re-Competition, Which Will Be Executed As And When Required By The Issuance Of Purchase Orders Under The Conditions Defined In Articles R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Order Code.
