Operation And Management Of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Domestic Hot Water Production And Water Treatment Installations At 58 Sites Spread Across The Territory Of The Community Of Communes Of Parthenay-Gâtine Made Up Of 38 Communes. The Contract Is Made Up Of A Firm Tranche Relating To The Operation And Management Of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Domestic Hot Water Production And Water Treatment Installations For An Initial Duration Of 36 Months, Renewable Once For 24 Months. The Optional Phase Aims To Enable The Renewal Of The Heating Production Equipment At The Secondigny School, The Operation And Maintenance Of Which Falls Within The Scope Of This Contract. In This Sense, This Work Service, An Exceptional Operation Compared To P2 And P3 Of The Firm Tranche, Presents A Direct Link With The Main Object Of The Contract Since It Concerns Equipment Of Which The Holder Ensures The Operation And Maintenance. This Optional Tranche Allows The Community To Decide Later On This Investment While Guaranteeing The Technical Consistency Of The Services.
