Tree Pruning – Pruning Trees In The Municipality Of Best 2026 And Beyond.. The Municipality Of Best Has A Duty Of Care For Approximately 25,800 Trees, Of Which Approximately 14,300 Are Within Built-Up Areas. The Municipality Wants To Conclude A Framework Agreement For The Pruning Of Trees Within The Built-Up Area (With The Exception Of Topiary Trees) And The Additional Work For A Period Of Two (2) Initial Years, With The Option Of Extending This For A Period Of Once Two (2) Years. The Maximum Term Of The Agreement Can Be Four (4) Years.
