Two Ambulances Are To Be Purchased For The City Of Erkraths Rescue Service, Which Are Designed As Vehicles According To Din En 1789, Type B And Have Expanded Medical Equipment. Due To The Technical Complexity Of The Overall Measure As Well As The Functional And Constructive Dependencies Between The Chassis, Body, Expansion As Well As Radio And Communication Technology, Part A (Chassis) And Part B (Vehicle Expansion) Can Only Be Offered Together. In This Respect, The Contractor Assumes Overall Responsibility For The Contractually Agreed, Functional And Compatible Execution Of Both Parts. Additional Offers Are Not Permitted. The Contractor Owes A Complete Vehicle That Is Fully Operational, Registrable And Free Of Defects. He Assumes Overall Responsibility For The Contractual, Safe And Compatible Execution Of Both Parts, Including The Trouble-Free Interaction Of All Systems And Components Supplied, Installed, Connected, Fastened, Parameterized Or Integrated By Him. This Also Applies To Interfaces Between The Chassis, Body, Expansion, Electrics, Electronics, Radio And Communication Technology, Mounting And Charging Technology As Well As Provided Components, Provided That The Points Mentioned Are The Subject Of The Contract. To The Extent That Components Provided Are To Be Installed Or Integrated By The Contractor According To The Tender Documents, Their Professional Integration That Is Compatible With The Entire Vehicle Is Part Of The Service. B. Tüv, Dekra Or A Comparable Institution. All Defects Identified During These Tests And Acceptance Tests Must Be Completely Eliminated Before Final Acceptance. The Mentioned Preliminary Tests, Manufacturer Inspections And Technical Acceptances Do Not Replace The Formal Final Acceptance By The Client. The Bidders Are Responsible For Checking The Tender Documents For Completeness, Plausibility, Technical Feasibility And Consistency. If, In The Bidders Opinion, Features Are Missing, Technical Ambiguities Exist Or Contradictions Are Apparent, A Bidder Question Must Be Asked In Good Time As Part Of The Award Procedure.
