We Are Looking For A General Planning Team Led By An Architecture And/Or Construction Management Office That Meets The Specific Requirements For The Architecture And The Townscape, Has Experience In Weighing Up Sustainable Solution Approaches In Listed Buildings And Approaches The Construction Task With High Quality Standards And Sensitivity. A Focus On Costs And Deadlines Is Also Expected. Construction Project The Wiedikon Cantonal School Is Attended By Around 1,000 Students From The Long- And Short-Term High Schools And The Technical Middle School. School Lessons Take Place In Two Buildings. The Original Building On Goldbrunnenstrasse Dates From 1901. The Basic Structure Of This Building Is Largely In Its Original Condition; It Is In The Inventory Of Municipal Protected Objects. In Order To Ensure Modern School Operations In The Long Term, The Extension Building Should Be Repaired. The Need For Repairs Is Examined In The Preliminary Study And Determined In Consultation With The Building Owner.
