Currently Operates A Vulnerability Management Solution And Wishes To Renew And Expand Its Vulnerability Management Capabilities Through A New Contractual Framework Covering The Following Elements: • Vulnerability Management Licenses • Operational Support Service • Recurring Vulnerability Management Service • Optional: Policy Compliance • Optional: Enterprise Trurisk Management (Etm) Capabilities And Integrations With Third-Party Solutions • Optional: Integrations With Third-Party Security And It Service Management (Itsm) Tools, Including, But Not Limited To, Servicenow, Aws Inspector And Microsoft Defender Contract Term The Contract Will Include: • An Initial Term Of Three (3) Years; • Two Renewal Options For A Period Of One (1) Year Each.
