The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery In The Form Of Long-Term Rental Of A Brand New Front-End Wheel Loader With An Articulated Frame. 2. The Charger Provided By The Contractor Will Be Used To Work With Municipal Waste In Accordance With The Operating Characteristics Of The Waste Industry. 3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party: Ul. P. Poleskiego 3, 10-410 Olsztyn. 4. Pursuant To Art. 5K Of Council Regulation (Eu) No. 833/2014 Of 31 July 2014 Concerning Restrictive Measures In Connection With Russias Actions Destabilizing The Situation In Ukraine, It Is Prohibited To Perform A Public Contract With The Participation Of Subcontractors, Suppliers Or Entities Whose Capabilities Are Relied Upon Within The Meaning Of Directive 2014/24/Eu, If They Account For More Than 10% Of The Value Of The Contract. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz Entitled Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), In The Technical Specification Of The Loader (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz) And In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Appendix No. 2 To The Swz). The Parameters Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constitute The Technical And Qualitative Minimum Expected By The Ordering Party. 6. The Order Completion Date Is Up To 42 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, With The Following: 1) The Chargers Delivery Date Is: Up To 6 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, 2) The Rental Period Is: 36 Months From The Protocol Handover Of The Charger Or Up To A Period Corresponding To 10,000 Mth.
