Other Sources Of Energy Supplies And Distribution – Performance Of The Energy Activity Of Thermal Energy Distribution In The Area Of ​​The Central Heating System Of The City Of Zagreb. The Subject Of The Concession Is The Performance Of The Energy Activity Of Thermal Energy Distribution On The Distribution Network Of The Central Heating System Of The City Of Zagreb (Hereinafter: Cts). The Concession Is Granted As A Concession For Public Services. The Concessionaire Performs The Activity At His Own Operational Risk, While The Concessionaire Does Not Guarantee Him The Realization Of A Certain Income Or The Return Of The Invested Funds. The Subject Of The Concession Does Not Include The Production Of Thermal Energy Or The Supply Of Thermal Energy, Except For The Concessionaires Obligations Necessary For Technical Coordination, Data Exchange And Demarcation Towards Producers, Suppliers, Customers And Competent Authorities.
